I've got my first ever STAR and it was 8..thank you mylot..

Finally i made it to have my STAR.my first ever and it was 8. It feels me great and i go a little bit crazy.haha..Although it is just a STAR, but i appreciate it a lot.Thanks mylot.
But i have question for you..Do STAR start at 8? I was surprise.I'm expecting a STAR but a rate of 1. Thanks again mylot. Thanks to all mylot members.

Wow, congratulations to you. That is very good. You must have responded well and create good discussions too. As for me, my first rating was a 5 star. Even that made me happy, so i can just imagined how happy you are. Anyway, just for your information, the Star doesn't start at 8. It starts at 1. So if you respond well and give quality discussions and responds, people will rate you positively and therefore your rating will be increased from time to time.

Star it is your reputations. It means that you contribute well in this business. They give you a star if you post a quality discussions and response with thoughts to others discussions.

I got one as well. It says nine. I have only been here for a week and don't know what they mean.

Congratulations! I just got my star today too. Mine also started with a 8. I try my best not to answer vaguely or with one liners but no one seems to really answer my discussions that much. I still have yet to reach ten responses yet and I do try a wide range of topics.*sigh* Perhaps better luck next time. But keep up the good work. And have a good day :)
