Dust in the house

How long does it take before you notice dust in your house? Here in the Philippines, even if you dust in the morning it will be dusty again in the evening... for most people because we live with windows, sometimes doors open to let some air in. It's crazy I really don't like it.

my spouse does not tolerate dust but we clean normally only once a day

dust is always going to be there no matter where you live, its in the air and just clings to everything. the best way to eliminate some of it or make it less noticeable is to have lighter colored furniture, and not have carpets.
