How many phone do you use currently. I have two, my handphone and my home telephone. I'm always using my home phone when I want to call my mother or my siblings at my home town. The cost is less then my handphone. and I use my handphone when I'm moving. How about you.

I think it is normal in my country to have a handset for each of us. And in the house, they usually will put a home phone. The same goes with me. I use my home phone to connect the internet. The cheapest way of communicating right now is mobik. It is a free sms service and I use it frequently.

I only use one. We don't have a land line phone. I think it is more convenient to have cellphones as you can contact the person wherever he is. We all use the same network at home so we can save more since we can make unlimited calls and have unlimited texting. There are telecom companies in my country offering dsl with free land line. Depending on the person's preference, it may be helpful to them. In my case however, it would just be another unnecessary expense for my family.

I am currently using 1 phone that is my mobile phone. It's very convenient to me since my mobile number plan let me call any place within the country, either fixed line or mobile numbers at the same rate. And it's cheaper if i dialled the number is registered under the same service provider.
I used to have a fixed line number but have already terminated it since i don't really use it that often. So the monthly rate just end up with a waste to me.

I only use one at a time. i am a switcher. i've used an alcatel, a nokia and now i am using a sony ericsson. if i have the money, perhaps i will try an asus phone. i'd like to use one from a company that is not really known for making phones yet to see how they fare. besides, for almost the same features, they have cheaper phones than those from companies more known for their phones. and then, i'll probably try hp. if i have more money, i'll try samsung or motorola...

I had both, but recently cancelled my cell phone. I was frustrated with my current cell phone company, now I am shopping around for a better deal.

I have my personal mobile phone so that people can contact me anytime, anywhere, and vice versa. I always carry it wherever I go. I see to it that the battery is full when I go out to distant places so that my family can contact me and not become worried if something happens to me along the road. Having a mobile phone is important to me especially in communicating to my family, friends and even for work purposes. We also have a landline telephone at home. We used it in making local calls and comes in handy when I don't have a load. Most of us in the family have their own personal mobile phone.
