Ban on AFRIDI

Afridi is facing ban of 4 matches. some one in croud say some thing to afridi and afridi point his bat to that person and say some thing. that what happen. but it is not so serouse that ban a player. westren player do more then that but they have treate very differently. why ICC treate subcontenent player like that.
