The best band ever is Pink Floyd. Their music has so much depth and feeling. The best solo artist is Bob Dylan.

I have to agree about the Beatles and the Rolling Stones being great bands. And even Metallica gets on the top of the list. But the one band that always puts me in a great mood...that always makes me feel high.... Aerosmith!

The best band ever was the Beatles. They changed how we hear music on the radio. They have influenced countless bands. Their music still stands up today. But my favorite band is Sound Garden.Great sound, great lyrics.

New Model Army, no contest. They have been making dark, passionate rock for over twenty years, a string of brilliant albums and yet very few people know them. Isnt that always the way.

Aww man, there's way too many good ones for me to choose. I guess I'd probably have to say Avenged Sevenfold. City Of Evil was phenominal. I love their guitar chords and their lyrics. Waking the Fallen and Sound the Seventh Trumpet were also two other great albums by them. Have you ever heard Unholy Confessions? It's amazing. There's a lot of other bands that come up close or even just as much as I like Avenged Sevenfold. They're the new metal (in my opinion). I've heard the quote: "Avenged Sevenfold is the new Metallica". -Joe

I would have to say Tool is the best band ever. They have been doing it for so long and there isn't a song I don't like. They are best in terms of originality.

The Rolling Stones, they influenced half of the rock scene. The other half was influenced by the Beatles probably.

well for me the best band would be Metallica.They are considered to be the Gods of rock.though their last album was not upto the mark the remaining albums were heavy and really rocked.for me my all time favorite Metallica is the best band.
