I can not wait till the real singers show us what they have to offer. I am so tired with all of these want to bes and then Simon, Paula and Randy making fun of them. I would also like to ask is it my imagination or is Randy ruder then Simon this year? I hope I am not getting bored with the show because it was one of my favorites the last 4 yearrs and can someone please tell Paula either to stop drinking or get some sleep I swear I feel like we are bothering her sometimes when she is there physically but not mentally, Love ya Paula but sweetie get some help.

I've been a fan since Season one, was excited when this season started, but have to say I am VERY disappointed. I agree with you; it is almost like Randy is trying to compete with Simon on who can be the rudest. I just don't know what to think about Paula. I used to defend her, but when I see her there with a far out gaze in her eyes and half listening to the contestants, or dancing and bouncing off the walls, it makes me wish they would just give her the boot.
The show, as if it went already too superficial enough, has become so commercial that it it taking the fun out of the competition.
I watched some of Simon's show "The X Factor" on Youtube a few weeks back, and it is MUCH better than American Idol could ever dream to be.

I must agree with what you saying. The thing is the show is so popular that the producers will not do anything about it. The american audience is the only ones that can stop the "so called madness". If I was those people I would sue for defamation but then again they probably signed some papers before they made fools of themselves.

I am so disappointed with this season. If it does not
start getting any better I may not even finish it. I
always had a favorite picked out from every season. This
year I do not think I will be able to pick anyone out.
To me everyone is horrible so far.

I'm more than tired of American Idol. I don't think that they are picking any real talent this year. They sent that Tantiana girl home and she had really nice voice. Now, they are just picking some of everything from above and beyond. I was even disappointed when the judges decided to let that Beat Box boy be in the top 24 last night. I mean what kind of mess it that????
