Do u think a woman can be a good business woman? I have heared men saying that a lady could not run a business smoothly. She is not perfect for a business atleast. She deserves to sit in office and seve his Boss? Wat do u think? I think that a lady can run Business efficiently n smoothly. I myself is a Business woman n I feel that my Business is running well. I face this problem daily. People comment on me that I cannot carry it for many dayz. Till now I didnt heed to their saying but now I have also started listening to them. Wat should I do. they are really helping to lose my self confidence.

I think women are real n gud Businesswoman. I know many Ladies who r doing well in their respective fields. If u r also a Business woman, I appreciate u. If u have any website or address , then give me d link.

In short, the answer to your question is "yes." However, evidence has shown that the staying power of top women executives is in question. The prime example is Carly Fiorina, former head of Hewlett-Packard who helped engineer one of the most elaborate and lucrative mergers in U.S. business history when HP acquired Compaq. But did Fiorina get any real credit for this? Unfortunately not. I happen to know a little more about this since I was editor of a newspaper in Roseville, CA, when one of HP's major nerve centers is located, during the time Fiorina was rising in stature. The bizarre "spying" scandal that forced Fiorina out of HP is something, I'm afraid, that would never have happened had a man been the CEO. Sorry, I just think it was Firoina's baive views on communications protocol that tripped her up.

The crux is that women are doing great in every field.
Be it business or any other field.
Just stop listening to people.
Sometimes they are jealous of your success and sometimes they need something to say.
I think best answer you can give them is by succeeding.
