Hey have you tried the vellum glue dots? So do you like them or think that you have other products that do a better job? I've tried them, I think they're ok but still vellum is hard to cover. So what do you use? What is your favorite for sticking down your vellum on your pages?

I've just started scrapbooking but I use the glue dots. The ones that I have are mini ones so they don't really show up (you'll see them if you look closely sometimes thoguh). I've also used brads - I havn't used eyelets yet but that is a possibility in the future.

I use Wacky Tac! It works pretty well, and you can hardly see the glue at all! I'd definitely give it a try! They have alot of varieties too. I personally have the strips, but they also have a paper that you just lay the vellum down, pull it back up, and it leaves an adhesive on the vellum!

Love the glue dots! I think the reason you and I can still see them a little is because we know they are there. I constantly have people ask how did you attach the vellum? Another good idea is of course using brads, eyelets or fibers to hide the edges you glued down.

I'm not a fan of the glue dots. When they first came out I was very excited about them, and it seemed easier than making a mess with glue. However, I used them about two years ago, and when I flip through those albums now, they have soiled the paper. The paper where the glue dot has been used has a wet soiled look in that particular spot. I was not impressed by this at all. Instead I use eyelets, snaps, and brads, which gives vellum an extra embellished look. Or if Im not working with vellum, i like using photo squares as an adhesive as well.

I use them but I like to put brads, eyelets, etc down to kinda hold it in place instead of glueing it if I can.
