Hello Everyone:
For the past couple of years I've noticed that alot of people who are normally very healthy are getting very sick. Ar first I thought it was just one of those bugs that effects one area more then the other, then I realized that no matter where you go you end up cathing a bug from something or somewhere. The famous flu shot can't even protect you from what's in the air. I have friends who visited the states and on their trip they both got sick and then my husband and I are in Canada and we end up getting very sick also. It seems to be the case everywhere we go. If the flu shot doesn't work and washing your hands and carrying wipes with you doesn't protect you, what will. Any suggestions? I though maybe a daily supplement of some type of vitamins or herbs might help but I have no idea. I would like some advice. I'm just getting tired of cathing a bug everytime I go somewhere.

Its probably not the flue which is like a very severe cold. There is avirus that is making its rounds and mutating as it goes, the Norwal virus, an offshoot of the deadly Norwalk virus, The flu shot only protects you from a specific influenza virus, and the researchers can only guess which one will be around each year, There is no protection fron the Norwal virus except the general precautions of washing your hands more often, using and flushing disposable tissues, and coughing into your sleeve. Drink more liquids and get more sleep and if you feel sick, stay home.
