What Santa Claus is supposed to do on "Jesus christs day? The day christianity celebrate all over the world in the name of "Lord Jesus". but why Santa Claus is more symbolic on 25th of Dec then Jesus Christ,( as i see ) Every where in the world wheather home or 5 star hotels peoples appears in Santa Claus dresses and act like him and sing a song "jingle bell jingle bell".... does this songs and cartoon in red cloths belong to Jesus christ or Holy Bible? seems to me this Red Cartoon is more frendly to kidds then Jesus christ. Why not peopls tell their kidds Jesus christ is more importent and frend of kidds but not this Red cartoon riding reindeers. some time i wonder why santa claus bring his nose on this day? Do santa claus brings the message of Holy Bible? NO..!! he is just Coca Cola's advertisment symbole which was design to promote Coca Cola around more then 50 years back ....if i'm right. I never seen in my life any kidds who insist for Jesus christ in his life..but want Santa Claus to bring him gifts. i know many of you won't be agree with me......!!
Regards
Baba

The problem with Christmas is this: it's a conglomeration of holidays. While in it's current incarnation it is supposed to celebrate the birth of Christ, there are many "Christmas" traditions that actually come from other faiths and holidays. So arguing that Christmas is being polluted by "Santa" or modern commercialism, or anything else for that matter, is pretty silly. The modern Santa is a creation of Coca-Cola, yes. But the legend of Santa Claus, or similar gift-bringers, has existed since before that. He has been associated with an actual Christian saint, as well as with various pagan gods or mythological figures.
If you want to celebrate the birth of Christ at that time, that's wonderful for you. Other people can celebrate Hannukah, Kwanzaa, Yule, Winter Solstice, or whatever holiday they choose. And nonreligious people, or just people who enjoy him, can have Santa if they please. It isn't taking anything away from you and your beliefs for other people to enjoy something you don't.
