Globe Telecom....... Is for rich subscribers only?

On february 1, 2007, Globe telecom are change their prize of Unlimited Service into the high amount.. My co-subscribers, are you able to continue to use of unlmited service of Globe or their sim? What about smart and sun users? what do you say about this?
