1992 Ford Probe 2.2GL non-turbo

I am following the haynes repair manual. I'm replacing the cylinder head and the manual says that the head bolt torque specs are to be 59 to 64 ft-lbs, I am being second quessed by others. Is this information accuate? This is an aluminum head.
