You should carry out these easy steps regularly,
Apparently 99% of testicular cancer cases can be cured if caught early enough.
How often do you check ... or do you get someone to do it for you?

I do check mine but not really often enough and after checking your link I find I didnt even really know what I was looking for! lol

Getting someone to do it for me would be a chance in a million LOL. I think most guys check or fiddle with their testimonials. As to whether we know what we are feeling for, that may be a different question. Will check out the link, I think it shouldn't be an embarrassingly subject as it is very serious and as you said if checked early it can be nipped in the bud.
