im quoting this from my newspaper
"a man who sexually assaulted a girl of nine was spared jail after a judge blamed drink for the abuse.At an oxford court,told this man aged 39,"i accept you are just a normal man who probably in drink misbehaved"
how is that behavour normal and to blame the drink is worse and for the judge to let this peorson get away with this,he is just opening the door for other pedos to blam the drink.

This is very disgusting judgement.. I my opinion a case must be filed against the judge so that he could be punished. Something wrong happened to the girl who is responsible for this. Do the judge think that drink makers are the main culprits.. Such type of judgement will make an excuse to lot of people to commit crime. I think the judges should be sensible in their judgements because decisions affect the whole society.

This person did one of the worst things possible to do and I don't care what the "excuse" drinking was their dession and they should be held responsible for their actions - lock em up and throw away the key. That little girl will never be the same again and most likely suffer the rest of her life for this man's actions.

This is Unfortunately again a classic example of a irresponsible man, that made a irresponsible decision, with horrible, disastrous consequence. What makes it so disgusting, he was judged by the same type of person that showed the same character flaws, what makes it ten times worse is he sits in a high authoritarian position.
