Do any of you guys keep a journal/diary? I've been thinking of starting one myself even though it's kind of a "girly" thing to do. Just something where I can jot down my thoughts from the day. I've found that I just lay awake in bed, sometimes for hours, just thinking so I'm hoping that if I start writing in a journal, it could possibly help alleviate this problem.

that's good. keep up the good job. I don't really write journals but I enjoyed doing it before.

I keep a diary and have been using one for the past 4 years. There's tons of places online that offer you a free service. I've found that keeping a diary helps me vent. If I'm stressed out about something I can easily log on and write whatever is bothering me without worrying that I might offend someone.
Plus it's great to look back and see how you've changed as a person over time. Makes you realize stuff about yourself and your life.

I'm not a guy and do keep a journal but I know a lot of older men who do also. At least one I know doesn't go anyplace without his and jots down his thoughts all through the day then in the evening he goes over it and sort of summarizes - his thoughts, feelings, ideas. I certainly do not think this is a girly thing - just so it's not a pink princess diary:)
