I use to make my own vinaigrette for my salads, but got sick of it and then returned to the bottled type. I'm wondering if someone out there has a couple of easy and delicious vinaigrettes that seems to be a hit with their guests. I like balsamic vinegar, so if you have any with this ingredient, I would love to try it.
Thanks in advance!

I don't know if you will like this one but I'll share it with you anyways.I normaly use white vinegar but balsamic works too.
2 parts vinegar
2 parts water
2 parts oil
1 small onion diced
1-2 gloves of garlic finely minced
salt
pepper(I prefer white pepper)
1-2 splashes of soy sauce or Maggi if you can get it
just a little sugar...depending on taste
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.....toss with any kind of Lettuce.
