For me, I consider an alarm clock as a life saver.
I have become so dependent on this 19th century invention! That i only wake up if i hear the lound sound produced by my alarm clock.
Next time i will try to cut the dependency on this device coz it has also put me on situations that almost ruined my career. One time i am scheduled for a job interview and the batteries of my alarm clock went out and i ended up missing that great opportunity.
Lesson learned:Alarm clocks are pretty useful but dont have total dependency on it.

Waking up in the morning is very hard foor me to do. There are lots of time that i can't wake up even though i've set so many alarms. My boardmates are the one who wake up due to my loud alarm. But me..? i'm still sleeping. When they hear my alarm, they automatically wake me up until i finally goes up from bed. This is a big problem for me, because i'm always late at work the worst is two hours late! But if im in a night shift duty, there is no problem in waking up but then, sleeping is the hardest thing to do.
