I;m sure you have all noticed these stars beside our usernames. Does anyone know the rating they represent, how you can make them better or worse and what each colour represents?

I think it represents our reputation, and reputations is based on what ratings other members would give to us. It can be positive (+) or negative (-), to which they would give to us according to our responses/opinions. About the colors, I think it is to easily distinguish the number of the stars we have, from 1 to 10. As far as I know, I have a 10 star rating so it's colored blue. Red for 9, yellow for eight and so on..

No! I don't think so. I was a blue 10 last week and I had a member in one of my discussions with a blue 8. I don't think this is it.

Yes I have noticed them but I am not to sure how to improve the Ratings,lol. I certainly don't know about the Colours.
