I Can't Believe It's not Butter

Do you think that "I can't believe it's not butter" is good for you. We are using it as part of our diet, and it states that it has zero nothing really. What do you think? I kinda worry about it, putting something like this in my body with out knowing how they make it zero cal and everything.

I've heard so many different studies showing that real butter is better...and others saying marg. is better for you. I honestly just try to cut back on all of them b/c I figure less is better when it comes to anything. lol I think it all depends on what you are wanting to get out of it.

Was once told to never eat anything that you cannot pronouce.
We get into trouble in this life with all the 'improving' we do to the food that grows or is formed naturally. I would be concerned and we do not eat that stuff. Many people do.
It is good for you to question what you take into your body.

We use "I can't believe it's not butter" products as well as another very similar one called "memories of butter" I too often wonder about these products and consider would it just be healthier to eat the real thing in moderation??? Who knows what the additives are actually doing to us internally. Cheers!
