How do we get paid by e-gold.

I don't see an option in the payment method only paypal? It says in the rules we get to choose. Do we? Also what is all that stuff about being a U.S. citizen, do we have to be from the U.S.A. to earn?

I have been earning in paypal just fine. I am Canadian. I don't know how to request e-gold or I would.
