Going to church every sunday is one of my way of thanking God for all the blessings i received everyday and repenting for all the sins ive done. I usually go in the morning mass but if i can't, i go in the afternoon mass. For me, going to church regularly gives me strength for the days to come, gives me more courage to face the problems on my way and the feeling that whatever happens God is with me all the time. How about u, did you also go to church regularly?

I do not go to church every Sunday. Though I have a strong faith in God, I believe that I should only go to church whenever I really want to. Some people go to church just because they believe it is their obligation to go there. Then when they are in the church, their mind is somewhere else. I do not want to do that. When I go to church, I want to be there with my whole heart and mind.

I go to attend the worship services every Sunday. God commands His children: Do not forsake the assembly. The assembly takes place on the first day of the week and that is Sunday. In this assembly, Christians do the 5 forms of whorship - singing, praying, reading the Holy Bible, taking the Lord's Supper, and giving.
The 4 forms of worship can be done anywhere by any Christian, that is not necessarily in the assembly. The Lord's Supper cannot be taken alone so Christians ought to attend the assembly because if a Christian doesn't take the Lord's Supper, he is cutting his relationship with the Father. Besides, God commands His children to exhort one another, etc.
The Greek word "ekklesia" is translated into "church" which is in the New Testament not a building but a congregation of people called out by God who are called Christians. The assembly may take place anywhere - in a building or outside or even on the beach, any place where people may assemble.
