I only got 2, one on each ears. I wonder why, alot of people wanted their different parts of the body pierced. How far can you go when it comes to piercing? Are you game in piercing your tongue? navel? nose? lips? What satisfaction can you get from it? Let me understand.(",)

I had my left ear pierced back when it was the cool thing for guys to do. But eventually I just stopped putting my ear ring back in after sports and it just closed up. I've considered getting new ear piercings but for now I'm content with only the normal holes in my body.

Well Lani,
i am not in to piecing thingsm as first i am male and other, i dont like piercing and tatooo as well, May be i am old fashioned or u can say conservative, LOl
but in ladies i think Ears are good place to have piercing ( u can have 2-3 at each ear) and one side of nose( its common here) other than that i think weired, specialy i saw girls having piercing at pvt parts too
i dont know why they do it and hows as its look odd and weird just seeing at them, not to talk about getting done
take care and u can have 2 piercing more at ur ears
, LOL

Ha Ha Ha, Its Ok Lani, i think u dont want much holes in ur body. Its Ok, too much piecing and tatoo is not FASHION but Fad. it will not spread in society and will not be liked by society norm.
by the way why dont you imagine to go for private and what u consider privates. LOL
u have so much brave stories to follow, so why dont u try.
take care

My eras are done twice in the normal place then one of them has been pierced at the top.
I have my nosed pierced which I had done when I was 12.
Then there is my tongue I had done when I was 15 and nearly got expelled from school for having. My dad sorted it though, very embarrassing story. Thanks dad! lol.
I had my nipple pierced when I was 16, has got to be the most painful piercing I have experienced, I would have my tongue done 10 times over than have the other one pierced.
I pierced my own belly button when I was 13, then had it done properly.

I have 5 piercings. 2 in each ear and 1 in my belly. That's enough for me.

No infections and no they were not painful. It helps swimming in a salt water pool as the salt water heals up the piercing quicker. My belly one actually had me laughing as the guy that did it was pontificating around. My daughters who came in with me were also laughing at him. The piercing was one of my birthday presents for that year.

Wow. I Admire How Long This Post Has Gone On. Great Job! I Actually Have Both Ears, Nose, And Tongue Pierced. I Want My Tongue Pierced 2 More Times, But Whenever I Get A New GirlFriend, They Always Say No. I Decided To Start Getting Piercings Because I Wanted To Do Something That Wouldnt Stick With Me Forever. Unlike Tattoos, Piercings Will Close Up As Most Of Us Know. And The Tongue Piercing Didnt Hurt At All. Most People Say It Hurts Or It Will Hurt But It Doesnt. This Is Because When They Clamp Your Tongue, They Put Some Pressure On The Clamp. So Basically, The Pressure You Feel Before They Pierce It, Is All Of The Pain You Feel. Hurts Less Than Biting Your Tongue, Actually. You Know, When You Bite Your Tongue And You Get Like A Little Bump From It. Not When You Bite It And It Bleeds...Now That Hurts. The Most Painful Piercing I Have Were My Ears. Thanks For Keeping A Good Discussion Going For Months!

Thank you for clarifying that tongue piercing is not that painful. Hope next time, you will post your picture with your piercing on so that we will see how it actually looks like.(",)
Have a great day and welcome to mylot!(",)

I have only 2 as well. Like you, it is just one in each ear. That is as far as I am interested in going, because if I want a lot of "bling" I can load up on rings. I was raised in a culture where even pierced ears were considered bad, and God help the girl who wore an ankle bracelet. So when I married, the first time we had a really bad argument, being young and foolish, I wanted to do something to hurt my new husband, just a little when I thought he had been mean to me, so I thought and thought and finally decided to get my ears pierced. I expected him to be horrified. He LOVED it. In his culture the girls got their ears pierced when quite young, and he had been building up the courage to ask me if I would get mine done. This solved his problem and mine both!

I do not have any piercing. Other people wants to have piercings for maybe it adds to their self-esteem. I find people with piercings to be tough.

I have 7 in my right ear, 6 in my left, my eyebrow, tongue, belly button, hood, and nipples. I love them all! I think the only one that REALLY hurt was my tongue, and even that wasn't to bad.

I only have my ears pierced right now. I had my nipples pierced for about a month, but they got infected since I have such sensitive skin, I guess, and I don't think the piercer completely knew what she was doing. They wouldn't heal and well I will spare you the details, but they were causing me a lot of pain, so I took them out. I miss them though and might get them done again some day, even though my boyfriend didn't like them much. I think they are cute. I wouldn't get anything else pierced personally because I don't think I would look good with facial piercings and my belly's too big for a navel piercing.

I have each earlobe pierced twice, and the lower holes are stretched to 6 gauge (smaller than the diameter of a pen). I also have my cartilage, my nostril, and my belly button pierced. I think I'm done with piercings though, and I may have to retire my belly button piercing, because I have a lot of trouble with it.

I got two on my right ear and one at the left side. I just can't find any reason why pierced a lot. I'm not game in piercing those in any parts of my body but I don't despise those people that have it. In fact I appreciate their guts in having it because I know how painful it is. I think it's self-satisfaction that they've got from it.
