I am an avid reader and I am looking for some new teacher books. I was wondering if you could suggest some good books that have to do with classroom management, diversifying instruction or instructing English Language Learners. Some good books I have read are by Fred Jones, Henry Wong and Spencer Kagan.

A great book I have read about classroom management is "Setting Limits in the Classroom" by Robert J. Mackenzie. I have read tons of books on discipline and this is one of my favorites. Also, "Teaching with Love and Logic" is pretty good. I would recommend getting them from a library before buying them, because everyone's discipline style is different and you may realize these methods won't work for you.
