Have you ever been burned by acid?

Yes, its happened more than once, I use muriatic acid to clean the bottom of my boat hulls, it cuts through the scum on the bottom of the boat, you really need to wear rubber gloves and protective glasses. If you get some acid on you make sure to flush with plenty of water, I think milk helps too!

no!...i havent experienced being burned by an acid!...i think it's very painful because acid is very harmful in our skin!...

Yup, i 've burned by acid. but may be i was a lucjy man, because only very little of acid that burned me. But, although very little, it's still made me sick.

Yes and it scarred me for life. My mom was putting some acids above my stomach when I was a baby coz I think I was having some gas pains. It turned out she had put too much and it burned me. I have the scar up till now.

by god sake that thing has not happened in my case but a situation like that happened 2 years back when i am in chemistry lab and pouring acid into the testube a few drops sprinkles onto my tshirt and on hand....the t shirt got some patches..and my hand also burned minorly..but severe attacks ..but tshirt got damaged..which is my favourite one...
