How would you know if you are pregnant???

My friend is having her spotting for 3 days and she was wondering what could be the reason... Does it mean she's pregnant or she need medical treatment.

The best way is to get her a pregnant test. I don't know for other ways.

she made a pregnancy test already and it is negative. I told her that it is best to seek medical help.
