we can remove bad sectors up to some extent using antivirus programs such as notron, avg.but bad sectors from r hard disk cannot be removed completely.

If bad sectors once set in, they cant be removed. end of story. What you can do is get a utility like paragon partition manager and make a separate partition for the bad sectors and never use that partition(this will slow down further deterioration of the drive) or do a low level format of the drive.
The best solution is to get a new disk before the present one fails completely

i always use scandiks for fixing the bad sector. if this not work then i do the format of that particular drive.

I don't think software will do it, but here where I'm livin in, there's a computer service shop that offers to remove bad sectors as in they will revive you HDD as new, though haven't tried their services yet, but I will soon if my HDD will have some.

I'm afraid bad sectors on a physical harddisk cannot be recovered anymore. =( Once it is marked bad, it is bad for good. Try rescanning those sectors. Some programs mistakingly marks sectors bad (happens most of the time). =)

You can't. All you can do is salvage the remaining usable sectors.
