I like the first one more.

it's really a nice movie....i liked the character 'Sid' the most!!

I have seen ice age 2: the melt down movie some months ago and i liked because its a funny movie from my point of view, although i have heard to people that saw the first film and say that the first movie was better than this second, have a nice day on mylot and happy earnings also.

Ice Age 2 is a really good film, I think I have watched this 5 times already :) The plot is great and the characters here are more hillarious than the previous one. Try watching it!

This movie wasn't too bad, but I agree that the first Ice Age was much better. I think if you have kids, they will enjoy both movies, but adults may not find the second one as funny.

I've seen both the first and the second one. The first one is so much better than The Melt Down. Although it was a cute movie, it was a bit corny and nowhere near as good as the first. I've watched the first one over and over again with my kids (good thing we own the DVD lol) and never got tired of it. I watched the 2nd one at the theater and once was good enough for me!

If you have seen the first Ice Ace movie and enjoyed it alot, then you will be massively dissapointed by The Melt Down. It really is not as funny as the first. While containing some partially funny moments, as a whole, it fails to be a great comedy. The only real portion that is funny from the second movie, is Scrat.. the little dude is hilarious.
