have you heard that water overdose is bad?

one of my professors told me last time in class that he heard from the news that a radio station had a silly contest with a nintendo as a prize. the objective of the game is to drink as many water as you can, without peeing (or releasing them). That's why the organs became swollen as well as the brain. Since the brain could not expand, because it is cotnained in the skull... the woman who joined suffered from a brain complication. Well, water overdose can also be bad for the health, i guess. so make sure, you let it out....

Yes, drinking too much water is not good for you. It can disrupt the electrolyte balance in your body and lead to a condition called water intoxication or hyponatremia (dilution of sodium in the body).

Yes, that nasty stuff has killed millions of people. What stupid things people do. I wonder if I started a competition with a nintendo for a prize, what stupid things could I get people to do to themselves.

Well too much of something is always bad right? With water overdose it is like being drowned to the river or sea. Who ever thought of such game it is very silly.
