Bargaining expert---- Ladies ? or Gents?

As you are all aware, Bargaining is an integral part of every deal. May be smallest deal in vegetable market or flat/bungalow deal or global deals at international level.
Who are more expert and successfull. Ladies ? or Gents?
My opinion---In Smaller deals ladies are expert
and In Bigger and global deals Gents.
What is your opinion? How?

Its not the gender which matters over here.
Instead it's a shopping skills you can name it as.
My opinion toward the bargain is,
a bargainable commodity is not that worth to buy itself.
But a thing which is never sold with bargain is unique and antique and is worth to buy.
When you bargain, it's a compromise with quality.
You don't get quality material in a bargainable manner.

i think ladies are good in bargainig and gents are smart enough that they dont need bargainig
