I do maintain a budget but most of time my budget becomes very less. Finally I had borrow or take loans. Still to have a budget helps to put up plans and manage my money.

I do before but not anymore. But I still make a list of our expenses and review them every end of the month to know which are the ones I can eliminate

yes we do so that i'll know the expenses that we have for the month and how much money we can spend and how much we can allot for savings. just like you sometimes, we run out of money but as much as possible, i'd stop using credit cards because of the interest it incurs whenever i don't get to pay them on time. if sometimes we run short for the month, what i do is adjust the stuff the i buy which I think is the least important and will buy it on the next month.

we have a budger drawn up at the beginning of every month, but more often than not we have to take some cash from the credit card. We try to wokr with money as best as we can (hubby and I), but we have a number of properties that have bonds on them, and sometimes tenants don't pay on time, etc, so we have to use our credit cards..
