Diseases, disorders, and age-related changes....????in our eyes..

There are many diseases, disorders, and age-related changes that may affect the eyes and surrounding structures.
well these days im very much busy in my studies and my eyes are also paining very much ..and im also using my computer for about 1-2 hours per day ..and so i m also not able to get early in the morning ..these are the problems i m facing these days ..can some body help me out what should i do.....????

The Nokia N90 is a clamshell but the rotating camera (2 Megapixels) is located for the first time at the hinge. The accompanying pictures of the photo gallery will give a perfect idea of what has been done. Considering that the lens and camera that Nokia have used in this model wil be in collaboration with Carl Zeiss Optics we can all look forward to a much better imaging resolution with our phones.
