Stress is for me is like a ghost always and everday haunting me. I find it hard to manage especially in my job. I don't know how to manage this kind of thing, I always loose my temper and my patience is very short. I hope to get some tips on how I can manage this thing. I hope I can get use to it and be more patient but how?

You have choices to follow, whether you want to stress yourself and loose your patience or make it a good day.Remember, its our mind that controls us. You can attend yoga and they will teach you how to manage your stress.

Yes you are right, no one can conrtol you but only yourself. Maybe I have to practice more patience and be more positive in everything I do. I noticed that everytime I'm stressed up, more bad things happen.

For me every day is stressful because of my job. 24/7 even when i'm on holiday.. but going out with friends and sharing with them how i feel really works for me..
But then again, if all the tips aren't working, we have a choice to quit our job and find another one that suits to our needs..hopefully...

I used to suffer with stress, but since I started taking up excercise at my gym, running on the treadmill 5km for five days a week, rowing, and weight-lifting as well as occasional boxing it reduces my stress levels and it is easier to deal with. It burns up the anger, frustration and stress levels and I would definitely recommend it. Now I get stressed if I can't get to the gym! LOL. There are many ways to combat stress, choose something that is good for you and stick with it! Good luck! And De-stress...

I used to be overstressed. I also lost my patience. I came over it when I got married. Then back to stress. But once I got older I learned to control it by learning to say no. You have to love yourseld first
Now I'm not overstressed anymore. Just stressed sometimes. :-)
