I got vertigo before that was relieved by position. I tried Serc but it made my vertigo worse. I tried Postadoxin tablet,and it helped me. I also tried not to get up abruptly from sleeping because it makes vertigo worse. Just do the positional thing so that it will not worsen and you can recover from it.i never had it anymore. Aside from Postadoxine medicine tablet,take Polynerve vitamin.
