I think a couch potato is the worst to be. While a health freak might sometimes be annoying when they're extreme about it, a couch potato is really hurting themselves more. A couch potato doesn't get any form of exercise, and generally snacks on all kinds of foods that probably aren't healthful for them. At least a health freak is doing something positive and will probably live longer.

so given a choice would you be tilting towards one of the spectrum?

I would much rather be a health freak than a couch potato! I've always excercized regularly, eaten good foods and all.

I think they both can be frustrating. One is too much and the other isn't enough. If a health freak and a couch potatoe got together I think they would drive each other crazy. Or maybe, they could tone each other down alittle.

Hmmm interesting thought, they can either end up as friends or as deadlock enemies hehehehe

Both, it is the opposite of the spectrum in both cases. There is a inbetween ground.

I think I'd prefer a couch potato sure their lazy but at least they wouldn't be in your face ALL the time or nit pick your eating habits, my brother is a health freak and he constantly nit picks me so I kinda have some first hand experience.

Does your brother's nit picks helps you to change your mind? or Do you think you're perfectly happy where you are right now?
