Oh yeah, I like dishes cooked from vegetables. At least 3 dishes are prepared from vegetables for lunch and dinner daily. My sister in law who is living together with us used to cook at home. She also likes vegetables. Vegetables are nutritious food and can help bowel motion.

Am sure I don't and yet I eat them everychance that I get. Am better at it in the summer time. Vegetables have nutrients and enzymes that help out bodies work properly and allow us to live feeling better.
There are some that go overboard and eat only vegetables. Good for them. Just believe balance in all things.

Vegetables in our house are limited. I have IBS and really shouldn't be eating certain veggies that I do eat. But they are the only veggies I can get the rest of the family to eat: cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and corn, and occasionally green beans and squash. I have taken now to just serving the veggies raw (unfortunately I cannot make sure my family members get enough veggies that way). Because of the IBS I am not really supposed to eat broccoli and corn, but I do anyway.
If I cut up a cucumber and put it out, they will eat the whole cucumber in one meal. I don't know the nutritional value of a cucumber. DH and 10yo won't eat salad. I SHOULDN'T eat salad but I do eat caesar salad with chicken. We eat a lot more fruit though.

I have always loved vegetables. There are only a handful of vegetables that I don't like; beets and eggplant are at the top of the list. Vegetables are the one thing that I take second servings of all the time, so I get more than the recommended 5 servings a day!

I love vegetables. Being a pure vegetarian I have no choice but to eat vegetables every day. But probably that is why I am able to remain slim and trim.

i daily eat vegetables.i have only non vegetarian food only twice a week.Vegetables are eaten in a variety of ways as part of main meals and as snacks. The nutrient content of different types varies considerably. With the exception of pulses, vegetables provide little protein and fat. Vegetables contain water soluble vitamins like vitamin B and vitamin C, fat-soluble vitamins including vitamin A and vitamin D, and also contain carbohydrates and minerals.
