when can you say the food is outstanding?

I cook rather well myself. But I always feel the food cooked by my mother and my mother in law are better than mine. When the taste is correct and suitable for your tongue you could call the food outstanding.

when i eat food in the house that was cooked by my mother, it is outstanding one... i cant get more taste in any place..
