Are you fat or slinder? What kind of people is health in your mind.I think i was alittle fat .So I want to be a slinder and health girl.I often sat infront of my computer to chat with my friends,and my neck and arms often ache.sometimes my head ache too.But i like to make friend thorugh the internet.I also want to become a sliender girl and a health people.

i'm dont know how to call it but i consider 72Kg and i trainee 3Houers in day imean in week its 21Houers in week its very much and i look good if you will see me youi will say i consider 55-60 haha but its no true i just trainee evry day and eat good do thet too and you will look good but if ithinking if girls will trainee its will be no look good because all the fat will be muscle and its no look good on girls i guess you need diat if you fat and a little trainee,

Mine falls medium in built I often exercise and limit my food to eat I always maintain the balance diet

I am overweight for now, but I changed my eating habits. And I am working out now too. To get thin you have to work at it.

I think I am slim but I've got fat in the wrong places. Blame it on my genes. My occasional work entails hours in front of the computer and I do experience aching here and there too. What I do is stand up once in a while and do some stretching to at least keep the blood flowing. I keep myself healthy by eating more fruits and vegetables, take vitamin supplements and some exercise.

I was so thin all my life that it's taken me a while to acknowlede I now have wobbles in my thighs, a no longer flat belly and so on. I think when you spend a lot of time typing you end up looking at your wrists a lot - and wrists tend to look much skinnier than the rest of you.
But yeh, I do ache lately after being at pc, and also when I wake up, so achey. Exercise is so easy to do - if you can't go to a gym or take walks, download some 20 minute workouts. This is advice I hope I start taking myself soon.
