Who should get Anna Nicole Smith's baby?

What a circus this has come. Anna Nicole's baby has 3 or 4 men claiming paternity. Her estranged mom and sister want the baby. It could take weeks for the results of the paternity tests to come through-- and now there'e a rumour that Smith's dead ex husband, the 90 year old guy J. Howard Marhsall, could even be the father due to modern "technolgy". So who shoudl take care of thsi inncent littel baby in the meantime? Howard K. Stern, Smith's boyfriend and the she listed on the baby's birth certificate? Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur? Or should social services take the baby for now? What do you think?

I think the baby should stay with whom ever she is use to the most, I think that would be Howard. Yes I think he is a huge jerk, but for the baby's sake, this is who she as been with since birth. Then when the tests come back, pretty sure it's Burkheads btw, then she should go with her real father.
What a drama huh?

I think the baby should be placed with someone that wants the baby and not the money.
They should have to sign something that they will get so much a year or month to take care of the baby and the rest be put in a trust for the baby when she turns of age.
Im just thinking these people are coming out of the woodwork for the money.

The baby should go to the natural father whoever he may be. Until that is determined, she should stay with the people who are familiar to her.

This is just a weird situation and the little baby gets caight in the middle. I am sure that some of the men say that they are the father coz they think that they that way will get their hands on some of the money. i belive that it is important that they get the dna-thing done soon so that there will be no question about it anymore.
I think the baby should stay with the person who has spend the most time with the baby. I think the most important thing is to keep the child safe !

My two cents worth..if I were to pick.. of course, i'd like a family member to take care of the baby so I'd go with her mom. But if it is really an exception, I think social services will do a good job in taking care of the baby in the meantime. And yes, what a circus it has been

i think either state custody or the mother should take the child until they find out who the father is then let it go from there the father has every right to be in his childs life she was being very selfish not telling who the father really was because look how things are now

Well, since it seems even the expectant mother seems uncertain about the man who sowed the seed, perhaps she should be compelled to let a DNA on the child carried out to uncertain its father, as soon as it is born.
That will be the end of the hoola-balloo! lol

I sure am glad that I am not in the middle of this mess. I feel so sorry for that wee babe. Imagine finding out when you are older that 4 men claimed to have fathered you! That's alot of men for mommy dearest to have slept with in a very short period of time.
Who knows who is the most "loving" with all this money involved????

I think they should leave everything in place right now with the companion having the right to raise her - UNTIL the DNA testing is done and they know for sure who the father is.
What there a will at all? I think the companion, who is listed on the birth certificate should get the baby, if he is the father; if he is not and the real father does not want the baby, then it should still stay with Stern;
I do not think Nicole's mother should get the baby as Nicole did not want anything to do with her.

This is a mess. I think the baby should be with her grand mother until we find out who the father is. Grand mother would take better care of her than children's services.
