Do celebrities need to watch their acts in real-life? Do they deserve the negative criticisms when they misbehave, to think they are just normal people?
I should cite Britney Spears as an example because she was caught in very unflattering photos that caused an uproar of criticisms because she's already a mother. She had been idolized by younger people and to see her in that situation would set a negative example among our youths. What do you think?

I think they deserve to be cited when they misbehave. There has to be a consequence for being in the position tha they are in, you cant make millions of dollars, and not expect to lose a little bit of privacy.
Yes, they may be humans just like the rest of us, but they are also "role models" even if they didnt "sign" up for the role. They should act like decent human beings.
Some celebrities fail to do that.
I dont think Britney Spears being a mother has anything to do with the criticism, she brings it on herself, not wearing underwear in public and then opening her legs in front of the stalkerazzie. She does these things either because a)she needs help and guidance or it creates publicity. We all know that she lost so many fans/credibility when she started dating a man who had a girlfriend who was pregnant. Karma really does suck.

Celebrities need to clean up their act. They need to take resposibility for their actions. They should know that they are a big influance on young people. They act as though they are the only people in the world. They of them selves and their own importance. It's too bad that the news media dosen't take more responsibility for what they are reporting too. They both have a negetive influance on our youth and young adults. These kids see the Celebrities life styles as being something to be desired when those lives are so miserable.

I agree. They should not do things that might taint their image because it could reflect badly in their careers too. They should think that many kids look up to them and imitate them. If they misbehave, some kids might think that it's socially-acceptable to do these things because the celebrities they idolize did it anyway.
