its depend on frm how much time u r in relationship but if its a long relation n still he/she sont come thn i m sorry to say dear its not love.he/she cant stay away from u they can try anything to meet u atleast once in a year... yaar its not easy to live like this.. time make desperate to see each oher...so try to understand the suitation whats happening with u take decision...

I think that's something you have to find out for yourself, from your lover. There might be a perfectly good reason as to why they're held up in the first place, and it might get to be what they think is too late a time to come and meet you. If they do get held up, it's nice if they call or text you to let you know that they won't be arriving until later, or not at all.
