Where do I stand.?

Till a few days ago, the number of my responses increased as I went on responding to the discussions. The number of my responses was shown alongwith my name on the left side of the screen. Now it has disappeared. Can Mylot' or any of the friends tell me the reasons for it. Have you too faced such a problem?

I'm not sure why they changed it, but you can view the number beside your name when you post a topic or response.

Mylot staff regularly monitors the contents .
And removes some substandard topics .
If we have responded in those deleted topics
then our responses also get removed and
our points will decrease .
The regular availability of points has
been disturbing the feelings of Mylot
members if the points have been decreased
due to deletion of discussions / replies .
And many members were starting new topics
regarding the reduction of points . So
to avoid this , Mylot might have removed
the availability of points on every page
at a permanent place .

Hi ravinamita,you and i are facing the same problem.I was even about to post a discussion on the same topic but i guess i don't have to.I will just come back to this post and read whatever responses you get,they might help me understand whats going on.
I can only view the number of my responses when i post a discussion/response or when i view my profile,i really don't understand why all these changes have been brought about,thought i was all alone with this problem.
Have you written to mylot about this?i did but still no change or response.Hope we both get the answers we need lol.I will be back to read the other responses.

The regular availability of points at a
constant place on each & every page was
very convenient to us . Mylot might have
removed this due to the regular topics
regarding the decrease of points .
Mylot administrating staff have rights
to remove the substandard discussions
and hence our points might decrease .
we should not start the new topics for
the points lost . But many of the members
do not understand this and we daily see
such new topics . To avoid this , Mylot
might have removed this feature .
