i dunno with others but as for me i enjoy reading cause books take me to a whole lot different world. when i'm reading, i feel like i'm involved too with all the characters and it's like i've been to the setting of the story. it's amazing how books take our imagination running wild

Reading a book is very exciting because the author takes you on a journey that you help to create. The author gives you some of the details and you need to fill in the rest to create the world and experiences. It all depends on your imagination and how much you fill in - but you can add the sights, smells, the voices, the textures.

Hmm...I don't have just one reason why I enjoy reading. I think I love it so much because it allows me a certain freedom. I can read and learn, grow or be entertained. Plus there are so many topics, genres and authors to choose from. I could read as much as I wanted and still not get close to reading every book written. I can never get bored of it.

Reading for me is an escape from every day life. If you find a good book to read at the end of the day, it can take you away from the hum drum of the ordinary.
I get lost in the book when I read. I don't think I have found anything as pleasurable as reading.
A good sleep aid if you read before bed. I enjoy reading really suspenseful books.
