Hi,
I want to know what is your "escape moment"? What do you do to escape from your daily stress? What do you do to make you feel refresh and invigorated and ready to dive back in to your reality?

My escape moment is meditating. I try to meditate for at least and half hour or more every morning, and then somehow hang onto that state of consciousness for the rest of the day. After awhile, I wonder what is more real, where I go when I meditate, or this sometimes harsh material world. Anyway, it does give me strength and clarity of mind to get on with my wordly business.

I've always want to practice meditating. But whenever I sat still for a moment and tried to concentrate, thoughts after thoughts are popping up in my mind. What do you think about when you meditate? Or you're not suppose to think about anything at all? Anyway, thanks for your reply.
