Computer break downs

I went through withdrawls without our computer! We still 4-5 months later don't have our computer back, but we have a loaner from the guy whose working on our computer...so I don't know why it's taking so long for our computer to get fixed. He said all it needed was a mother board. Then what's the hold up? I want OUR computer back! Can someone help?

Request your computer back from this repairman. It is absolutely ridiculous that it would take them months to do something that would take anyone who can read an instruction manual no more than 2 hours. Go to a different place to get your repair done.
