i have had several of these one being when a nurse tried to kill me in hospital..she must have been holding a grudge on people..or something cos i was a very content patient.. i had a whopping fibroid removed..and i had five pints of new blood i was on morphine and in hell from the pain yeah? my drip had finished and she never replaced it..five hours went by and i was dehydrating..i asked for help and she told me to f off and shut up..my temperature soared and i knew that i had an infection..cos they said to me after a myomectomy it is easy to get one..i was in agony and knew i was on the way out..i just cried and prayed.. next morning after not having any drip i called the new morning nurse and asked her to call the doc..the new shift..she called someone immediately..the doc came and said that if he hadn't been called i would have got sepptisaemia and died..blood poisening..they gave me two high lots of antibiotics..i should have got the nurse fired..but when i came out i was so weak i was battling with life and death..it was awful..

Wow! What a story! I'm sure glad you made it! What a 'nurse' that was!My struggle began at birth, as I was born very preemie.. and was in the hospital the first 6 weeks.. then my first memory is of my head being held under water a number of times.. my challenge was to survive childhood intact.. I'm now 51, was healed by Jesus almost 30 years ago, and am very happy, but worry (and pray) about the challenges this world faces! and the people face...

I know you said you were weak but again...can you imagine what else she can do? You were just lucky but maybe any who after you will not have him angel take care him/her.

That is a very frightening thing to have gone through and you are indeed lucky to have made it. To protect other patients, please see what you can do about getting this nurse out of hospitals. She will kill someone. Plus, she gives all the good, helpful, professional nurses a very bad reputation. No matter how long ago it was, try and remember everything about it and write it down. Get as many facts as you can, like the date of the event and the doctor's name and maybe the other nurse that helped you can back up the story if you can remember her name. In the US, we can call the state board of nursing for the state in which the event happened and put in a complaint. They will then investigate the situation. This is a very serious thing she did and the way she talked to you! What a low class person. She is scum. We have all put up with people bugging the hell out of us and we have all been frustrated at one time or another, but you should never take it out on someone who is obviously defenseless. Even if she had a bad day, or whatever, it is just no excuse for that type of behavior. Someone sworn to take care of others should do so or get into another line of work. Shall we think what kind of job she should have? How about school bully or executioner?

If the nurse mean it then you have the right to fired her. I understand you and if the nurse has also a reason for it hear it then if her reason is unreasonably then make a move.
