The next time you are at a friend's profile take a look at their friend list. I am finding this is an easy way to find great discussions. It is also another way to find new mylot friends. If you regularly post in a friend's discussion you should be able to notice who gives appropriate responses and the frequency of posts. A person like that is also likely to post in your discussions too.
