It's great that you meditate. Im trying to get my daughter to do it, as she gets stressed out so easily. I've been meditating for 40 years now, mostly early in the morning, real early, before the sun comes up. It's saved my life, I know that. I've survived without prescription anti-depressants, and I'm still sane. I also meditate on God, within my heart. It truly makes a difference in one's life if they can do this. Keep it up!

I am, and I do meditate, daily, for at least 30 minutes at a time.

A meditation logically means, your navigation of mind in a holy & truthful way.
This does not mean that you should sit in front of
some idol or some statue or any image as such.
This also can be achived by just doing
your work & duty sincerelly.
A machine operator while continueing his whole
attention towards the quality production
is also doing the meditation.
A tiller while tilling the hard stones in a hot sun
with whole involvement in the work is also doing the meditation.
In short A meditation precisely means as an act where your mind is out of any sin thoughts and any imagination about the crimes in mind.
To observe the pain of others with your eyes wide open also gives you the same pleasure as you get it in chanting or meditating with closed eyes.
My words are the result of my own experience in life.
