How will you raise your kids? (not for those with kids)

Will you be the hard old man who strive to have his kids learn most things for themselves, expecting the best out of them? Or will you be the kind of parent who guides your child through everything, even though it might not be exactly how it's gonna be in the real world?

i would raise my kids the way i was raised. i'm relatively proud of the way i've turned out and my beliefs and morals and all that junk. i would let my kids live their lives they way they choose and have complete faith in their actions, but i would also let them know i'm here for them whenever they need me. i would build up my trust with them and help them through their problems. i've found that if you put strict limits on your children and what they do, it causes them to rebel in the long run. i know that me and my husband will raise our children to be great.:):)
