My boyfriends uncle of whom he has always had a pretty close relationship with has serosos of the liver from drinking. About 2 weeks ago his liver gave up and he threw up blood in their home and somehow made it through the night. After 2 weeks of chaos and hospital visits my boyfriends mom calls me and says that he isn't going to make it more than today or tommorow.
She told me not to call my boyfriend at work and to wait until he gets home unless he dies during then... regardless of either situation what is a good way of saying this to him? We all knew he was going to die, but I didn't think I was going to have to tell my boyfriend this when he gets home...

Wow,I just saw this, after sending ya a friend request. There is no easy way to tell someone a family member is going to die, other than to be there for them, and tell the facts. Your boyfriend will need you the most during the next few weeks and months, the firsts are hard-the first christmas, bday, thanksgiving, etc.
Just be there for them all, give plenty of hugs and offer your shoulder. Hope all will be well, and they and you are in my thoughts.**hugs to you**
