How do you deal with your annoying officemate, friend, classmate, teacher, etc?

How do you deal with annoying people? Tell me, I don't know what to do with my officemate.

It depends on what kind of annoying thing is he/she doing. what is she/he doing to you that is annoying you?

He always go to my place and tells you silly things and asks silly questions even though he knows that you are busy.

I deal with annoying people merely by avoiding them. I wouldn't allow them to wreck my day, so I don't give them the time of day. When these people would annoy me, I try to pretend like I'm not there. I would also pretend to not listening (actually, I would rather not listen) and not give any attention. Soon, these people will just give up annoying me.
